ROLE: SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent project management and process skills, sound methodology combined with effective time management ability

Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent team building and management skills

Pro-active attitude and ability to take the initiative is essential

Ability to manage project expectations, client relations, vendor negotiations, internal feedback

Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, while maintaining the flexibility to change task and project directional priorities

Outstanding problem solving/analytic capabilities

Strong presentation skills with technical proficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure the successful delivery of all digital marketing initiatives for assigned client

Plan all project aspects: envisioning proper project scope; build realistic schedules; develop and manage budgets to maintain profitability; manage smooth transfer of client assets; maintain and coordinate accurate client review areas

Manage resources assigned to the client production team

Facilitate all project planning required for project kick-off and implementation

Manage communications among project team members and stake-holders

Collaborate with leads from all disciplines to ensure assignments are clear and deadlines met

Identify and resolve issues that may impact project scope, delivery schedule, or cost

Escalate senior level issues to account and practice leadership

Facilitate collaboration and issue resolution among all team members

Communicate with vendors and partners on related project initiatives

Provide regular status reports to client and agency team members

Develop and execute business writing including RFP, New Business Proposal and SOW

QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years experience managing large scale projects in an agency or similar environment

Demonstrated ability to execute multiple, interdependent end to end projects

Experience with web development, digital advertising, consumer-facing application development, social media, SEO/SEM, mobile and related technologies

Working knowledge of LAMP (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP), AJAX, Javscript, CSS, HTML/XHTML, XML, Ruby, API Integration, Flash AS3

Command of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Visio, Wordpress
