    Role: Hands on mid to senior level digital marketing analyst that can communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams. MUST have extensive experience with Google Analytics, as well as other analytics software tools. This role blends technical execution with strategic recommendations.
    Typical Deliverables include:

    • Lead development of all client facing reports
    • Weekly and monthly performance reports as well as ad-hoc analysis
    • Including website behavior, customer experience analysis, and attribution modeling
    • Data consolidation and validation utilizing 3rd party tools as well as internal client data.
    • Coordinating and QA-ing tags and tracking parameter implementations using Google Analytics and other analytics software packages and reporting solutions
    • Documentation relating to existing processes and suggestion / presentations for improving those processes.
    • Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) for clients, project teams and business leaders.

    Knowledge / Background / Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • At least three to four years of working with standard click stream and website analysis tools, specifically Google Analytics, knowledge of other analytics software a plus (Omniture, Webtrends, Coremetrics, etc) as well as media analytics, measurement and ad-serving solutions (Doubleclick DFA, Microsoft Atlas, etc.)
    • At least two years of experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing, competitive analysis, SEO strategy.
    • Three to five years of experience in using the Microsoft Office suite with very strong Excel skills, you must live for Pivot tables and other high end Excel wizardry.
    • Experiences with high-end analytic packages, building SQL queries, developing databases, etc. will earn you cool points.
    • You should have mid-level experience with SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / PPC (Pay Per Click) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies, as well as other paid display media or social media channels, including a minimum of one year experience measuring the success of these campaigns / efforts.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources.
    • Exposure to project management skills.

    Technical / Functional Skills:

    • Understands relevant technology applications in their area and stays on top of all the latest trends and news regarding digital analytics and measurement.
    • Using strong analytical skills provides insights as well as recommendations for changes and can help communicate the recommendations to clients.
    • Handles multiple tasks, switches priorities and focuses as needed.
    • Exhibits high degree of pro-activeness in analyzing customer behavior using available data to influence changes on the website, or media/ marketing mix
    • Understands the complex digital ecosystems and best practices and applies this knowledge to their work.
