ROLE: CREATIVE RESOURCE MANAGER
As muse or enforcer they own landscape of the creative work. The Creative Resource Manager is the first contact for projects handling the day-to-day resource requests, team building, time tracking and utilization, keeping projects moving smoothly and efficiently. They scour the world for the best resources, talent, creativity and new technology to answer any need. Being fun goes without saying.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Continuously identify, screen and maintain rosters of available freelance talent, freelance agencies and vendors
Knowledge of the full capabilities and skills sets of the creative and development teams to assist the Partners in resource allocation decisions
Manage all freelance and vendor contracts
Manage in-house creative design and development projects
Allocate all creative resources for current in-house and business development projects
Work closely with team members insuring accurate scheduling, adherence to deadlines time tracking and utilization
Insure that all project time is accurately reported
Maintain a master schedule of all current projects forecasting the utilization of talent for potential future projects, and understanding the scope of internal resource availabilities
Coordinate with other offices when needed to ensure maximum utilization of resources
Coordinate entry of work in design competitions
QUALIFICATIONS
Three to five years as a resource manager in a digital consulting, marketing or agency environment
Experience with small to large-scale projects ranging from media, online advertising, mobile, social media and it's technology and creative staffing needs
Web development and/or online advertising project management experience
Ability to keep apace with quickly changing project needs
Detail oriented, superior organization and multi-tasking skills
Flexible, personable, approachable with good negotiation skills
Ability to visualize and anticipate needs as well as prioritize projects
Ability to manage information flow in a constructive manner
Strong Excel skills with understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of search optimization is a plus
