ROLE: ACCOUNT MANAGER

To make your client a hero. To be their eyes. They love you because you're their advocate and entrepreneur. The Account Manager leads business initiatives, focuses on profitable engagements, but they also have to dream. The client never goes without a new idea or direction. You're always pondering how things can be better, finding ways to innovate, bringing ideas to the table. Being fun goes without saying.

REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstrated ability to grow client relationships profitably providing business insights, ideas, opportunities and superior client service

Deep understanding of the direction the interactive environment is going

Ability to manage the expectations of both the client and the internal team

Strong presentation skills with technical and creative proficiency

Pro-active attitude and ability to deliver insights and analysis from research, the industry and campaign results analysis

Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

Outstanding problem solving capabilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Getting clients excited about us

Responsive, high-touch, consistent client/agency communication

Creating value and trust by bringing ideas, insights and opportunities to our clients

Keep existing accounts profitable and growing, always looking for opportunities

Introducing and evangelizing the entire mix of our agency services

Ensuring all work sent to the client is accurate and of the highest quality

Manage client communication, assignments, production estimates and pricing, approval process and campaign reporting in partnership with project management

Maintain a database of account profiles

Partner with business development, research and creative on new business initiatives

Develop and execute business writing including RFP, New Business Proposal and SOW

Provide regular status reports to client and agency team members

QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years experience profitably managing multiple pieces of client business in an agency or similar environment

Experience with web development, digital advertising, consumer-facing application development, social media, SEO/SEM, mobile and related technologies

Command of Microsoft Office Suite
