Interns - Get Your Digital Hustle On This Fall at The JAR Group
Are you ready to hit the ground running? The JAR Group is in the market for a talented fall intern starting October 1st. We’re looking for a senior or recent college graduate in the NYC area who is excited by marketing, advertising and communications and has analytical skills (i.e., loves data and spreadsheets) OR design skills (i.e., has a high comfort level with design programs). Our Dream Candidate is also a computer whiz, has EXCELLENT writing skills, and is very hip to social networking, blogging, website building, etc.
We will teach you Digital Hustling Skills such as affiliate marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing and just making the internet your trick in general. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a fiercely entrepreneurial spirit to get in on the ground level of a growing company.
Are you up to the task? As an intern here, you won’t get a roadmap of exactly what is required and exactly how to accomplish it. You can’t be afraid to take initiative, ask questions, make mistakes. We give you lots of responsibility at the outset, and its up to you to manage your schedule and ask for direction when you need it. If you can prove your skills to us, you will have the opportunity to be considered for a full-time position at the end of your internship.
