Melissa Koehler
Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the prestigious “Little Ivy” Williams College in Massachusetts. Prior to joining The JAR Group she philosophized for several years at Superfine, a DUMBO, Brooklyn favorite restaurant and bar (it turns out that philosophers make great bartenders). There she met the JAR team, which occasionally can be found at one of the DUMBO neighborhood watering holes after work. She schmoozed her way into a position at The JAR Group and now helps to woo new clients as the Business Development Manager. In addition to working on strategy and planning, writing proposals, and leading content development for the JAR brand and website, her role is essential in bridging the efforts of the Biz Dev team, which works remotely from NJ, Philly, Phoenix, and LA. The JAR Group acquired an additional perk with Melissa’s arrival - Euro - The team’s unofficial office chihuahua.
