Kelly Patton
Kelly brings over nine years of corporate human resources experience to the JAR Group, having previously worked at Credit Suisse and Estee Lauder in New York. Her broad HR skill set includes performance review processes, employee development, diversity and immigration. She also spearheaded several volunteer initiatives in support of many NYC-based youth services nonprofits on behalf of the Credit Suisse Foundation. She’s looking forward to utilizing her HR background and exceptional organizational skills to help keep the office running smoothly and making the JAR Group a great place to work. Kelly has a BA in Theatre Arts from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Masters in Public Administration from NYU.
Kelly lives in Prospect Heights in Brooklyn with her husband and two small children. A not-bad cook and a damn good baker, Kelly’s an avid food blog reader and loves to check out the New York restaurant scene when she and her husband can find a babysitter.
